We want to ensure that when you come to see us we can focus on you, not on administrative matters. So when you come to see us you should bring with you
- any referral letters you have been given
- any claim number or approval letters given to you by an insurance company
- your payment, as discussed at the time you made your appointment.
- anything else you feel may be relevant, such as relevant reports
We accept payment by cash, cheque, Visa, Mastercard or Bankcard. Direct deposit is available on request.
